I am a resident of the City of Lawrenceville and the utility services are unacceptable. They offer no flexibility, no payment arrangements, and the attendant has a very poor attitude. I explained that I recently had bypass surgery, and they still offered zero assistance and didn’t even explain if the city has any type of help program. Based on the low rating, it’s clear I’m not the only one dealing with these issues. I want to know what the City Council and the Mayor are doing, because they are elected to serve the people — and the current utility service is failing residents.

This company deserves a zero for customer support.First and foremost whoever designed the website did an awful job. It is difficult to navigate. All I want to do is pay my electric bill, yet I have to type in my account number, customer number, etc. I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL!!! Second, my community is currently experiencing an outage and this is the second outage since moving in my community three months ago. Electricity prices are outrageous right now. The least the Lawrenceville Utility company can do, is make sure their customers have adequate access to power!! Please issue a fix to your website and making sure customers have access to electricity within their residence.

Very disappointing experience with Lawrenceville Gas Utility Billing Team. I tried to pay my gas bill on their official website, but the payment option wasn’t working due to a technical issue. When I called their office, the representative told me the bill was already paid, but later I found out that the payment was returned because of a system error between their system and the bank. As a result, they added a $30 penalty, increasing my bill from $41 to $71, which is completely unfair since the problem was caused by their system, not me. I called their billing line three times, but no one could clearly explain how my future payments would be processed or how to fix the issue. Very poor customer service, lack of accountability, and confusing communication. I hope they improve their website and billing process so other customers don’t go through this kind of frustration.

The worst Utility company ever. These guys are literally thieves. They require a stupid $200 deposit since they "dont run credit checks" but they credit it back to your account if you stay with them after 1year, they charge a ridiculous "base electric fee" even if the electricity is not used each bill, they say on the website that 1 trash cart is provided by the city which is very misleading wording because it is not a free service and the wording implies that but they dont tell you that until you get your bill. On top of that, they also left my trash bin full and had the audacity to leave me a note saying to order another cart because it was "overfilled", these guys are thieves and the absolute worst utility company I've ever had the displeasure of doing service with. I pay you guys to pick up my trash on a timely schedule each week, not to leave me little notes on my trash bin just to leave it full and stinky for me to sit with in my garage for a whole week waiting for the next trash pick up day. I hate that im stuck with these lousy greedy folks and that I dont have my previous county sanitation team and other electric service providers like I did with my previous homes. I miss my old gwinnett county sanitation team and GAPower

Terrible. There is NO WAY I would be a customer if I had an option. I doubt this place could spell customer service.
