Very nice space for group functions. Easy access to parking.
This place has been a slow-motion disaster since November. Bathrooms shut down weekly, and management’s solution? Nothing - until the city was called did they finally have someone come out to property fix. It took calling the city for this company to realize having non working bathrooms once a week was unacceptable. Now, because the plumbing backed up so badly and so consistently there are now sewer flies taking over the building. Further more the floors are bare, unsealed concrete. Repairs take months, if they happen at all. Every fix is a Band-Aid on a wound that needs surgery. Save yourself the trouble. this property is either broke or just doesn’t care, and either way, you’re the one paying for it. Significant differed maintenance issues.
This is a wonderful place. Why the low rating? Their restrooms have been out of order since they opened...and they still are out of order at least once a week. What a terrible way of treating paying customers.
