Hi. I never seen such a bad customer service as Sherry. She is incapable and unfit as receptionist. She can not do multiple tasks at a time and always angry face. Lot of Hesitation to answer questions, she cut off conversations with reckless answer. No knowledge on Regus rules and time frames. Never treat customers equal and respect. Be careful with sherry. Management has lot of bad reputation on hidden fees and time frames.

Hidden Fees, Confusing Charges, and Deceptive Practices I do NOT recommend.!!! I signed up with Regus for a month-to-month office lease in March. I paid over $1,300 upfront (first month + retainer) and had my card on file. My card was charged $700 at the end of April for May’s rent — yet when I logged into my account in early May, I was shocked to see a balance of over $2,100. When I visited the office to ask Sherry what was going on, the local manager called the city manager (Molli) Gammili Almond who claimed that I was being charged (As a long-term tenant) another retainer fee, June’s rent in advance, and $700 as a penalty for my card supposedly not being on auto-pay — even though they had just charged my card for May’s rent. How does that make sense? I immediately tried to cancel the agreement before the May 31st cutoff, but Regus’s system blocked me from doing so unless I opted into a $180 continuity fee. This is a manipulative practice and exactly the kind of thing companies have been sued for — making it difficult for customers to cancel. While Molli offered no solution, another Regus staff member finally helped me cancel on May 23rd. I turned in the keys on May 29th, per Sherry’s email instruction I received by email. Still, I began receiving conflicting demands and threats: one person said I owed $65, another said $2,100, and then I started receiving letters from Caine & Weiner, a third-party collection agency saying I owed $923. for what when I moved out, my rent was current. In the office was left in perfect condition like it was when I moved in. That doesn’t make sense — my lease was canceled before June, and the keys were returned in May. I am not occupying the office in June, so why am I being charged? And you’re still trying to collect fees. To make matters worse, the collection agency is not even licensed to collect in my state and has been threatening credit reporting and legal action, tactics that violate consumer rights. I know my rights and am not intimidated. By the threats. Overall, my experience with Regus was filled with hidden fees, manipulative conflicting communication, and poor cancellation practices. I expected professionalism and transparency and instead was met with a frustrating, misleading process that felt more like a trap than a service. Find another company because this company isn’t it. 💯

Mike at the front desk is so accommodating with the clients needs. I always see Mike with positive attitude towards everyone. No matter if you stop by the front desk with needing help or just to talk about personal life, Mike is always pleasure to talk to. We all love his down to earth laid back attitude. He's a keeper!

Centralized location and near to all Banks and restaurants. Very courteous staff and premises manager Micke, who always help me in all logistics issues. Best part is that I always have 24/7 access to my workstation especially in the filing deadlines.
