I went to my initial walkthrough with the to learn about the spaces the spaces they had available. I emphasized I would need to obtain a business license with the my suite . They assured me that would be no problem. Once I signed my paperwork and tried to obtain a business license with Gwinnett county the county informed me that the office location do not have the correct permit for me to obtain a business license. They did not correct this issue so the office space was no use for me . Instead of cancelling the agreement they want me to pay the entire lease. I made them aware the I would not be able to use the space with my first month of having my space( more like the first 15 days).
