We signed a contract in October and have yet to settle into the space. We have requested parking tags multiple times, but the emails do not arrive. No furniture. Difficulty accessing the building after hours.

We have been trying to get the furniture we need in our office for months and keep getting the run around from staff. They do not seem willing to be flexible and accommodating to our office needs. We do not recommend this location.

significant disappointment with the service and treatment I received during my recent meeting at your One West Court Square, Suite 750, Decatur, Georgia 30030 location. The overall experience was well below the standard I have come to expect from Regus and Spaces. Specifically, I encountered several issues: *Disruptions for Guest Access:** The receptionist/community team repeatedly interrupted my meeting, requiring me to open the door for my guests. This was highly unprofessional and disruptive. * **Restroom Access:** The restrooms at this center are located outside the suite. When my guests needed to use the facilities, I was informed that I would need to cut short the meeting to open the door for them. This is an unacceptable inconvenience for a professional meeting environment. * **Lack of Amenities and Maintenance:** There was no water jug with ice offered, which is a basic amenity I expect. Furthermore, the kitchen's broken refrigerator meant that guests had to leave the meeting room to get water from the reception area. * **Unresponsive Community Manager:** The community manager did not address these issues when brought to their attention. As someone who frequently holds meetings at Regus locations across the continental U.S., I can confidently say that this was the lowest level of service I have ever received. I believe this center has the potential to be great with a more professional and caring team.

We have had a great experience with the Regus team. The office space is fantastic, with a beautiful view of Decatur Square. Portia is always amazing to work with, consistently going above and beyond to assist us, whether it's bringing our packages, helping us mail items, or handling other administrative tasks. Everything administrative is very well taken care of here. We are very glad we chose this location for our ATL office.
