Love Switchyards. My old haunt was the Va-Hi location but this great, too. That one has metal stairs to climb (can be dicey in the rain) but had a clandestine feel. This one is on the ground floor but cozier. Either way, you win.

This is my home club, and quickly booted my once-upon-a-time favorite clear out of the way (Cabbagetown). Favorites: 1)..The size!! This is a smaller club in comparison to Midtown or Cabbagetown for example, but it's quaint dimensions really make for a cozy, locked in sort of atmosphere wherever you choose to work be it the 2 seaters, the row seats or the deep focus space. 2)..The Deep Focus space features unique, cubicle-esque, front facing desks with a partition separator in the middle. There's a cute little lamp, personal paper tray, a USB port and outlet in each one. Perfect for the solo-work atmosphere and my favorite part of the club. 3)..The phone booths for this club share the same space as the individual desks but at the same time command their own space along the wall. Unlike some other clubs, when you get in you don't feel like you're being watched or like a fish in a fish bowl. The way they are facing gives you a very private but connected sensation. Favorite-Not's 1)..The size! On the other side of the fence, of course since the space is smaller it's a bit more difficult to filter out the music playing from the other section when in the Deep Focus area. Some headphones and your favorite jams though, are a quick fix for that. 2)..The location of the club was pretty tricky to find for me at first, but once you get there- you're there! 3)..The lighting...somehow, during the day the club has an entirely different vibe than during the night- personally, the night- vibe being much more enjoyable. If there were some short of sheer curtain of filter of the light coming in during the brighter days that might bring the intensity down just a notch. Overall my FAVORITE club, and am a FREQUENTER.

Such an cool place, but I wish they didn’t spray so much Febreze. I have a sensitivity to fragrance and it’s so strong there that I get migraines. I’m surprised they are still using Febreze given that we now know that synthetic fragrances can pose various health risks due to their potential for hormone disruption, respiratory irritation, and allergic reactions. These fragrances often contain chemicals linked to cancer, neurological disorders, and reproductive issues. Even if they want to spray something, there are so many better options nowadays that just use essential oils! Would re-join Switchyards in a heartbeat if they just got rid of the dang Febreze!! I know multiple people who feel the exact same way. The smell is so overwhelming.

The best for my money. The price is right, it is literally open all day, which is incredible, and many locations. The Decatur location is large enough, easy to access and great parking. Simply fantastic.

Love love love. Thank you for existing. A place that’s open over the weekend when I want to get work done but not in my home office. Very serene when there’s not a lot of people here. Decor is great! Music selection is great and there’s a quiet section too. I plan on being a long time member.
