Don't count on getting your retainer refund back within 30 days of lease termination as their contracts state. It's been going on 3 months and I still don't have my money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Small business owners and entrepreneurs beware. You will get up charged for everything you use in this space and then have their collections agency contact you 5 years after you leave and inform you that you owe them money. Next, they will harass you with collections emails demanding money but they won't tell you what the charges were for (5 years ago). Do yourself a favor and find a nice office to rent, you will be much happier!
