Do Not Sign a Contract Here — Regus Conyers I truly regret ever signing a contract with the Regus location in Conyers, Georgia. As a small business owner, I came to Regus with excitement and hope. I was building my baked goods business and needed a professional, dependable location where my customers could conveniently pick up their orders. I believed Regus would be a partner in helping my business grow. Instead, this experience has cost me money, time, peace of mind, and trust. Before signing the agreement, I clearly explained how I intended to use the services. After the contract was signed, the manager I worked with left Regus, and I was no longer able to use the space in the manner that had been discussed. I was left paying for services that did not serve the purpose for which I leased them. I repeatedly tried to explain my situation and reach a fair resolution. I was not asking for special treatment. I was simply asking Regus to acknowledge that the arrangement was not working as it had been presented to me and to release me from a contract for services I could not meaningfully use. Sadly, the situation became even more upsetting because of the way I was treated by the front desk representative, Ms. Deborah. During one of our interactions, I felt yelled at, insulted, belittled, and disrespected. I left that conversation feeling humiliated and shocked that a paying client could be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. I reported the incident to the current manager and explained not only what happened, but also how deeply it affected me. I expected someone to listen, investigate, apologize, or at least show genuine concern. Instead, I felt dismissed. Nothing meaningful was done to address the conduct, and Regus still refused to release me from the contract. That is what hurts the most. It was not only that I could not use the services as intended. It was the complete lack of compassion and accountability afterward. I felt as though the contract mattered more than the customer, and the payments mattered more than how I had been treated. Large companies may not always understand what these situations mean to a small business owner. We work hard for every customer and every dollar. We make sacrifices, take risks, and trust companies like Regus to honor what was discussed. This was supposed to be a positive step forward for my business. Instead, it became an expensive and emotionally draining experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location. Do not rely solely on conversations or verbal explanations. Get every detail concerning your intended use, access, services, and cancellation rights in writing before signing anything. Understand that if management changes, you may be left fighting to have the original agreement or understanding honored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Regus in Conyers. I sincerely hope corporate management reviews what happened, addresses the way I was treated, and releases me from this contract. Making this right would not erase the experience, but it would show that Regus is capable of choosing integrity and compassion over simply collecting another payment.

Absolutely rude lady at front desk. Didn't have the office we rented. Then she made a racial slur towards our group when we were going back to a office. A complete B

Great service, Debra and her team were awesome with assisting us with finding a space that fit our needs. The location had great food options and options for refreshments. I will definitely be back!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • At Regus - Conyers - Corner Market at Almand Creek, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
