If the main entrance is locked, walk about 50 feet to the right to the entrance door under the "OFFICES" sign and find the keypad with the flashing light. Use the code 2678# to unlock the door and push it open.
The first door on the left is the Conference Room. Tap the keypad with your finger until the numbers light up, and type the code 4915# to unlock the door. Turn the knob to enter. The knob will automatically lock from the outside after a few seconds, so you will need to use this code every time you enter the room.
