I moved my insurance office (Boswell Insurance/Ausband Chapman Insurance) to Upstream in March, 2025. It has been a great experience from the start. It was so easy to move in and get set up with all the utilities, internet, and parking already included. Jac and Mindy are eager to try to accommodate any unique needs of a business. Upstream is a great place to work with a great atmosphere, along with 24/7 building access (and I do often work late). Being right on main street in downtown Ball Ground, I can just step outside and grab some lunch at one of the local restaurants. I'm so glad I made the move to Upstream!

I can't say enough good things about Upstream. The owners are amazing people, and they really care about the local business community. I opened my office at Upstream earlier this year, and I have zero regrets. It's conveniently located on Main Street in downtown Ball Ground (not far from 575!), and there is plenty of parking. They offer all of the amenities you could ever need, but at a fraction of the cost of other co-working/office suites. If I could give ten stars, I would. Highly recommended!
