HQ is owned by an unethical company called Regus - if you google “Regus complaints” you’ll see they have a long history of over charging their customers and refusing refunds. Edit: “Global customer service” is a chatbot based in Malaysia and the exact quote i got was they “have no knowledge of my initial claim”
