• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with ZenSpace Inc.

• Can I visit ZenSpace before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at ZenSpace? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, ZenSpace has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Meeting Rooms for an entire day.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  ZenSpace operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
