I’m ending my lease after years of frustration. I thoroughly cleaned the office myself when I took it over 3 years ago because they left it filthy. They promised to remove the bolts in the wall and repaint it. And now they are charging me a cleaning fee and a wall repair fee. And they refuse to answer when the four figure deposit is being returned. This company is horrible. I was told to open a ticket to contest this charge, but my faith that this will be addressed equitably? On a scale of 1-10, zero. It's not my first rodeo with them. They were horrible in Midtown Atlanta too. Took over a year to get my retainer back that I was supposed to receive within a month.

The vibe here is amazing. The staff here are very friendly and professional and this location DOES NOT overcharge and sneak in fees
