My team and I got a day pass to this space. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed. From start to finish, it was an off-putting experience. Finding the space was weird- it wasn't clearly marked or labeled that it's inside of the Truist building, so we were walking around looking for the space for a while until we went into Truist to ask someone if they knew where the space is. When we came in, we were told we couldn't have meetings outside of the focus rooms so as not to disturb the peace, which would be fine, but we spent all day in an unoccupied conference room and were told we couldn't have quiet online meetings even with our headphones in (despite no one being there), yet the people working at the front were talking back and forth to each other loudly from across the room all day. We were told we couldn't bring our lunch in, but that isn't written anywhere in the rules, and is strange, considering other guests were heating up food and eating, including the people managing the front. Also strange considering we're spending a whole work day there, so naturally we're going to need to eat lunch eventually. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it was definitely not a warm or inviting one. The space itself is clean overall and the coffee bar was nice, but the bathrooms were not well kept or clean. There are lots of 5 star reviews, so maybe we just experienced an off-day, but for us, it is not worth the cost of a membership.
