I highly recommend you look anywhere else to find a space to book for your company. I booked this space multiple times and nearly every time my team complained about the staff on-site. We also had one instance where we booked and had to cancel. We were informed if we canceled within the grace period (which we did and have multiple confirmations to prove this) there would be no charge. They have charged us and refuse to work with us to fix the issue even after one of their own internal employees has emailed her team multiple times to explain this charge was in error. I will never be working with this company again. Atlanta has a ton of great options. Skip Regus.

Horrible service.. I got an office here almost two months ago and not only did I have problems with the office space, the workers of the company especially TYE TAYLOR, comes to work with an attitude, and treats tenants disrespectfully. She always has the wrong answer to situations then blames the tenants.. My problems never got resolved and my refund never got refunded. I get hopeless excuses from staff that prolongs returning my retainer even though company policy says its supposed to be returned within 30 days following the end of the agreement. Don’t get an office here because you will eventually have to hit them with a lawsuit like I will have to. I never knew returning my own money could be such as hassle being that they accepted it in almost half the time 😂

I have requested my refund back multiple time only for them to tell me they closed my case without refunding my retainer or my outstanding balance!!! It’s been almost two months and they refuse to respond to me about my money THATS OWED TO ME !! Lawsuit definitely coming. I’m going to make sure this company is under the ground. Then tried to tell me I never sent the information need for my refund. It’s okay because the proof is in the pudding. TERRIBLE COMPANY IN ATLANTA !!! I wouldn’t have put not one star if I could this BS company 😑 TYE TAYLOR TO BE EXACT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS THAT JOB TAKEN. SHES A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING.

This is a very predatory company. I signed up for only a month lease that should've ended more than a month ago and I have been consistently overcharged and have been directed to at least 4 difficult people to solve my issues which have all led to nothing happening. I have been told by THE COMPANY'S OWN REPRESENTATIVES that their own SALES AGENTS just like to "make promises sometimes." No one that works here actually understands the rules of their own company leading to many overcharges, me being unable to use the space last minute, and causing many more major issues to my work compounding stress for my job. This is a horrible company filled with many incompetent workers who know nothing about who they work for and their own rules and regulations. They are all just trying to make some quick cash by selling their largely overpriced facilities. You would save so much more money building your own office space from scratch. Please save your time, money, and peace of mind by going ANYWHERE ELSE. You would have a better time working out of a dumpster.
