I had a great experience leasing a co working space here. I infomred the agent that helped me book the original agreement that I was not interested in extending my 7 month lease. I received and email where I let them know I did not want to extend. After turning in my keys and vacating the building I was informed they never received this notice and my lease automatically renewed at double the previous lease rate. They are trying to force me to be responsible for lease payments through may 31, 2026. Don't enter a lease agreement with this company they use tactics to get you in then have not intentions of letting you leave if you choose.

Very great enviornment and staff, i love this place i highly recommend it. Brady is the best too hes always making sure everything and everyone is good he goes out his way for others. I highly recommend renting an office here. You wont regret it
