It's a fantastic space, but they've gone so far into automation that it's insane. I had a quick question about a future booking, so I filled out the contact form on the website. I'm now 49(!!) emails in with this stupid AI bot, who refuses to connect a human. It finally said "just call us", but when I called I got the "we're experiencing higher than usual call volumes". Ugh. If there was just a human I could reach, that would be absolutely fantastic, but it seems it's a pipe dream these days.

Zola at the front desk is wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional, and made the whole experience at the shared office space smooth and pleasant. Her positive attitude really stands out—thank you, Zola, for the great support!

Spaces does not have spacious meeting rooms that is for sure. Seems like the business model is to get as many individual rooms crammed into the building. It does have a nice view of Truist park the Atlanta braves stadium. I would come back but not in a big group. Probably best for 2-4 people.

Booking a day pass was easy enough by calling in but everything else was far below expectations. The coworking area is so cold and sterile it might as well be a hospital waiting room. The staff on site really seemed like they couldn’t care less and the “tour” provided was laughable at best. I had reserved for the full day but left after an hour. There are much better and more comfortable coworking spaces in the area. Would not return.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.
