We have had our office at No.18 for several years and it has continued get worse over the last 2 years. They have had good managers quit shortly after joining their team due to Regus management mishandling issues and priorities. They currently don’t have sufficient management on site leading to several issue with mail service and parking. The internet and cell service is almost non existent, making it so we usually have to go off site for conference calls. After speaking with other tenants who have similar problems with out any correction, we have decided not to renew our agreement with No.18.

I would not recommend No. 18 Atlanta to any professional, especially those running a young, vibrant, client-facing business. During one of my client signings, Samira Jalaly repeatedly followed me and my guests around the space in a way that felt intrusive and racially discriminatory. My guests were uncomfortable, and so was I. When I reached out to management and higher-ups about the incident, nothing was done. No accountability, no meaningful follow-up, not even an attempt to address the concern. The communication from both the front desk and management is consistently terrible. Emails go unanswered, policies are unclear, and you’re often left chasing staff for basic information. I canceled my membership before the auto-renewal period, using the exact link they sent me. Despite that, they are now attempting to charge me and collect payment for an entire year for a space I no longer use or occupy. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, No. 18 is not the place for thriving, modern businesses that host clients or guests. Just a spooky-looking, pretentious, and unwelcoming place, and the way they treat members, especially when concerns are raised, is disappointing. The incident with Samira is a major reason I chose not to renew, and the ongoing issues with billing and communication only confirmed that decision. I would urge anyone considering membership to think twice.

The staff at No18 have been outstanding, from the warm welcome at the reception desk from Tevin and Jayli to the helpful engagement from Kim who works in sales. We love the space and the people here!
