These people are horrible, and do not outline everything directly to you with a lot of hidden clauses. Now legally, you absolutely cannot make a party remain in contract. Someone can always pay their way out of their contract and I am now working on that bc I truly do not enjoy being here. But to tell me I’m not allowed to have mail (that’s sent to my suite) come into the office when I work with the medically fragile community, is pretty wrong. I will speak poorly about this agency if that is the last thing I do to all of my community healthcare friends. I work with Medicaid managed clients under their waiver services. And the mgmt Samira Jalaly, advised me that I couldn’t help my patient who is at risk of homelessness, in temporarily sending his mail to my office. I am legally his community advocate/ social worker . If he does not have a stable residence, then he MUST have his legal documentation sent over to my office . However, they told me that they weren’t going to accept it. Poor judgment on these people…. I will never vouch to lease here…. The kitchen and everything else here is also outdated … Industrious offices are coworking but they respect your privacy, delegate mail to your suites, and provide many benefits of free printing (different types), and also will provide you with free snacks (yogurts, drinks, health conscious snacks, and breakfast)… it is great for networking and building your businesses too.. I should’ve chose them first. Only initially chose Peachtree because they lied to me and didn’t make their policies clear, and I lived downtown at the time . They completely promote NEGLIGENCE and lack empathy….

I was an old tenant at Tower Place and a couple weeks ago I found out that Val was coming here. I couldn’t be more excited. Him and Dewayne make a really good squad. THEY GET IT DONE. I am so happy to be at a location where the staff cares about your business. Out of the 11 years I have been a client, this is by far the best team that Regus has had. I take my hat off to you gentleman
