From the time my company first visited 1372 and made the decision to become leaseholders, Carlos has been exceptional. His customer service, professionalism, and diligence with clients are truly outstanding. Because of the positive experience he created, my company confidently decided to sign leases for three offices for our brokerage. During the month prior to our lease, while renting meeting rooms and spending time in the space, I observed several opportunities for improvement regarding staffing. On multiple occasions, I personally witnessed Carlos multitasking between existing clients, new prospective clients, and onboarding responsibilities simultaneously. While he handles these demands with grace and professionalism, it is clear that the workload placed on him is significant. Today, my business partner and I were in the middle of completing our onboarding process when we were informed that Carlos had to leave to avoid overtime. Unfortunately, this meant we had to stop our onboarding and return another day to finish. At no point did the manager, Bridget, come over to communicate directly with us regarding the situation or explain why, as new leaseholders, we were unable to complete the process. While we deeply appreciate Carlos’s selfless dedication and service, experiences like this highlight a need for stronger staffing support and management communication. If it were not for Carlos’s exceptional commitment, we would not feel as confident in moving forward with our lease. We value the space and the opportunity to grow our brokerage here, and we hope this feedback is received as constructive input to help improve the overall client experience.
