Carlos was great!

I have had the worst office rental experience with Regus. The only issue they handled with urgency was collecting payment. On April 14, I toured Suite 230 at the Midtown (1372 Peachtree) location with an employee named Mark. He told me it would be available in May, and I signed the agreement. Minutes later, he called to admit he had shown me the wrong office. The agreement I signed was actually for the Colony Square location. I made it clear I only wanted the Midtown location. On April 16, Sales Manager Tytus sent a new proposal for Midtown but pressured me to sign within 24 hours or remain at Colony Square. After viewing the available Midtown space, I declined because it wasn't suitable. Again, I requested cancellation due to Regus' mistake. I was told the employee responsible had to handle it. I texted Tytus and received no response. Weeks later, I met with Carlos, who explained my account was locked because invoices had gone unpaid. Bridget later informed me the only way to transfer to Midtown was to pay all invoices tied to the incorrect Colony Square agreement. I was also told the original agreement was legally binding despite Regus admitting their error. On May 26, I paid the required invoices and signed a new agreement for the Midtown office beginning June 1. When I arrived on June 1 to pick up my keys, I was told I still could not access the office because the transfer and account hold had not been cleared. I have continued receiving invoices for Colony Square, have not received my keys, and have received little communication despite repeated follow-ups. As of June 22, I have paid for an office I cannot access. My business has been negatively impacted, I was denied rent credit for the days without access, and I have spent over two months trying to fix a problem caused by Regus. I am requesting immediate access to the office I paid for, correction of the billing errors, removal of all Colony Square charges, and fair compensation for the period I was unable to use my office.
