e|spaces Marietta is truly one of the best business locations I’ve ever chosen. From the moment I began the leasing process, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. Joi, the onsite manager, is exceptional. She is professional, extremely helpful, and consistently delivers outstanding customer service. She genuinely cares about tenant satisfaction, and it shows. The location is another major advantage — conveniently situated near restaurants and shopping centers, and less than one mile from the Braves stadium, which is a great perk. Choosing e|spaces Marietta was one of the best business decisions I’ve made. The pricing is reasonable, the leasing process was seamless, and I have absolutely no regrets.
