A really nice building. Meeting and collaboration space. Snacks in the break room. Coffee shop, too. Parking deck isn't the best.

I came in today on official business to look for an office building for my older sister Claressa Shields and also for myself. Overall. It's an awesome space and if you're into technology, this is the place for you. Collaborations all the time, even if you're just sitting in the cafe.

I’m giving my feedback based on the business model of this place. It’s really just a cowork space. They do have some startup helper things when I did my tour. I saw a church at office space here. And some other regular businesses not related to tech. I think if they wanted to not be a coworker space they should try to offer some other benefits or programs if they really were tech startup hub type of place. I do think it’s better than just we-work. However, they give off this vibe that it’s like an incubator without a sponsor or taking part of your business. At the beginning of the tour, I think they said three different times that it wasn’t a cowork space, but then started giving us a tour with tiered pricing based on the space you rented.
