It's great in many regards. Super convenient, good pricing, but they don't listen to customer feedback very well. I've been asking them to lower the music in the Toco Hills location (music volume in other locations is much better) but they haven't taken it into consideration at all.

I really like the Switchyards concept and normally enjoy working at the Toco Hills location. The space and community are great, and I’ve recommended it to several friends. Unfortunately, the HVAC has been an ongoing issue since January. Earlier this year the heat was broken and the club was extremely cold, and now the cooling system isn’t working properly and the space has been very hot. On several occasions I’ve had to leave and drive to another location just to work comfortably. I can also agree with other review's that this location's music is loud, and they do not respond to requests to lower the volume. Hoping this gets resolved soon because when everything is working, Switchyards is a great place to work.

Currently at the newest Toco Hills location, nice and cozy and as always, on brand! Loving my memberships of almost 1 year in April 2026!

I love some of the other Switchyards locations, but this one has much louder music than the others--to the point that it's super distracting--as well as loud live performances at the neighboring restaurant on the weekends. I'd recommend this location if they lowered the music a bit or perhaps played white noise instead.

I can't ever focus because the music is too loud. Maybe have folks use that tiny "focus room" for meetings, lower the volume, then let the folks who need to work use the bigger space? Switchyards Buckhead is worth the drive TBH.
