I have had a wonderful experience at this place. I referred at least 5 of my clients, which also leased a space with Boxer. Very professional space for the price. And the cleaning lady( I forgot her name) is awesome! Our building is always clean and fresh! Glass doors are spotless. Elevators clean and smell good. Restrooms fresh and clean. I own a successful commercial cleaning business so trust me when I say it’s clean!!

We moved into a Boxer Property office space in July 2024. The property is extremely well-kept and communicates a positive impression to visitors. Boxer staff are extremely professional, and they just couldn't be nicer. We receive regular check-ins from staff, especially after we first moved in. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and if updates were provided for an HVAC issue that was more complicated to resolve. I highly recommend Boxer for your next lease.

BEWARE - DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU PREFER A REASONABLY QUIET OFFICE. Third Floor, newly renovated...but the walls are PAPER THIN (understatement). After we moved in, and our neighbor moved in, it is like we're in the same room when either of us talks out loud. For me, it is extremely distracting. I asked management about help dealing with the problem, and their response is that "it's a workspace office" so the walls are just thin. Guess we'll be a one-term tenant on this floor, and in this building given their lack of concern over our problem.

My very first visit to this building I spoke to a lady with a moving truck about this building. She informed me she had decided to terminate her lease not because of the accommodations but because the management was the worst she had seen. I rented this space via, Peer Space (a a peer-to-peer marketplace for booking space for events, meetings and productions). I had been renting the common areas and conference rooms since September of 2023. However, on October 9th 2023 a security guard harassed me and the rest of my crew and told us it was against policy to film, even though online it is listed as a filming site. I tried reaching out to the building manger ( which took over an hour) due to the security guard stating he contacted the manager, yet refused to let us use his phone to speak to her. After getting in contact with her, she claimed we were scammed and said there was no tenant with that info, but she would still allow us to film as long as we stayed out the hall. Soon after the security came into the conference room and said we couldn’t film. At this point I was able to provide the suite and business of the tenant and the tenant informed me that filming is common in that space and security was just bothering us for no reason. Nonetheless my crew and I packed up our items despite paying hundred of dollars to work there that day and previous days . Boxer company claims that this isn’t something they do but they are listed as partners on the tenants company site. Boxer properties should be held accountable because it is not the consumers fault they do are not in proper communication with the tenants they lease to. if they do not want filming on their site take down the listing so other people do not book the space. There was no customer support nor understanding on their end, I was treated like a criminal when I was the one robbed.
