Whenever we have needed assistance or important documentation, he has handled it promptly and gone above and beyond to make the process easy. Running an emerging brand involves many moving parts, so having a dependable workspace team that communicates clearly and follows through makes a real difference. I wanted to like Warespace because the concept is excellent, but my experience has me seriously considering not renewing my lease. The biggest issue has been communication and management. When problems arise, it’s often difficult to get timely responses or clear updates. I’ve found myself repeatedly following up on issues that should have been addressed proactively. As a tenant running a business, delays and uncertainty make it difficult to plan and operate effectively. One recent example was after sending an email to regional management regarding ongoing concerns. Days passed without any acknowledgment or response, which only reinforced the feeling that tenant concerns are not treated with the urgency they deserve. The facility itself has potential, but the management experience has overshadowed the benefits. When you’re paying commercial rent, you expect responsive communication, accountability, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. If you’re considering Warespace, I would recommend asking detailed questions about how maintenance requests, management communication, and escalations are handled before signing a lease. The concept is appealing, but the day-to-day management experience has me seriously questioning whether it’s the right long-term home for my business.

Warespace has been the best experience and environment to successfully help run our business. I love that the managers cater to our needs the best they can and love that the building is a great way to expand, network, and develop new ideas. The many resources we’re given have made it easier and more efficient to run our business. The managers, Cashana and Khadija are very friendly, helpful, and attentive to not only the company, but to the tenants. Always here with a smile! Their communication is great! The location is perfect. Warespace has been the best company helpthr growth of small, and upcoming businesses.
