I signed up for a Regus membership after being encouraged to do so by the staff at the Athens, GA location. The primary reason I purchased the membership was to have access to office space when visiting the area to care for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, shortly (1 month) after I signed my agreement, the Athens location rented out all of its private offices to long-term tenants, leaving little to no office availability for the foreseeable future. This effectively eliminated the primary benefit I was expecting from the membership. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of local customer support. There is no direct phone number to contact customer service, and support requests must be submitted through email. Those emails are routed to a centralized customer service center rather than the local office, making it difficult to speak with someone familiar with the specific circumstances of the location. While the local staff were friendly, they had no ability to resolve the issue. When I reached out for assistance, no practical alternative solution was offered. The next nearest Regus location is approximately 40 miles away, which is not a reasonable option for my needs. I am now stuck paying a monthly fee with no service provided until the end of my contract. My experience has left me feeling that I was encouraged to purchase a membership based on office availability that disappeared almost immediately afterward. Prospective members should carefully verify the availability of the services and workspace they intend to use before committing to a contract.

I have been searching for an affordable office space close to my home & I found Regus. It’s brand new, close to my home with a lot of options. The staff was very helpful 👏 I’m so excited.
