If you're looking for a virtual office and a address to get mail, go somewhere else. This location charges for the virtual office and apart it charges for receiving mail. On top of that, if you want to pay month by month with your credit card not having to put autopayment, the system will give you a hard time not letting you doing it, making you to put tickets and endless waist of time that will lead to late payments fees caused by their system and no refund. They don't receive credit card payments at the front desk giving you a hard time and they do not receive checks either. We've been with Regus for 10 years but at this point we're thinking to move to somewhere else since is not possible to talk to a Regional Manager that can help to address this.

What kind of customer service do you have. The automated call handler just hung up on me. This is very frustrating and upsetting.

Please be aware, although everything may initially appear perfect with their service packages, exercise caution. If any issues arise that compromise your ability to meet monthly payments, Regus shows little empathy or flexibility. In the event you find yourself needing to cancel the service early due to unforeseen circumstances, they are unlikely to negotiate amicably. They may make frequent withdrawals from your account and continue doing so even when it is in debt collection. Since I began negotiations with their debt collection agency, multiple drafts have been made on my account. This practice raises concerns about whether they intend to reimburse those amounts or keep them as collateral. Be advised: Regus business practices are highly questionable and potentially unethical.

I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency about pricing. I was told I would pay a two month refundable deposit and a month to month set price. Little did I know that an inconspicuous charge of $484.38 was added to my invoice for "Office Restoration Services." I literally rented an interior office for 2 months and visited for a total of 3 days. Nevertheless, I was told that I have to pay this additional hidden charge. I feel completely scammed. Therefore, I cannot recommend Regus to anyone.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Regus - North Point is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • At Regus - North Point, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
