Not recommended!!!!! predatory billing, difficult contract cancellations, and failure to return security deposits. You will be agreeing to 200$ a month and you will be charged 477$ with lots of fake fees. I don’t believe that places like that still working without interruption by the law. Look for other reviews online on regus The size of this scam is unreal.

We terminated our lease in July of last year due to ongoing issues with noise from multiple offices surrounding us. My two offices were placed in between multiple offices of another company that kept their office doors open all day and carried on speaker phone conversations without consideration that other folks were working adjacent to them. Staff meetings with full blown discussions also held open door. Despite multiple notices to local management, this was never resolved. To add insult to injury, we have now had to block this facility from billing our business credit card due to an unauthorized bill of north of $700, months after we have moved out in July 2025. After multiple attempts to get this resolved directly with Regus, we had no choice but to run a charge back with our bank. And it continues. Today, 2/9/26, more than 6 months after we have left this facility, I have received invoices in excess of $2100. The facility is not returning our emails and voicemails inquiring what this is about. This billing anomaly is unique to the Northwinds location in our case. We use other Regus facilities around town with no issues. I was a long term tenant of a facility in Decatur and use others for day use of their conference space with no problems. So, I can't offer any explanation as to why this particular location continues to be so problematic. Certainly the staff is offering no explanations to us. For Northwinds, the accounting train has run off the rails.

The customer service at Northwinds is second to none (thanks to James & Julie). I was completely impressed with their professionalism and support as they assisted in navigating a very arduous technical situation. They went above and beyond to help me fix the issue. They were attentive to my needs and provided updates daily (sometimes several times a day). Overall, my experience with the team at Northwinds has been very positive.

Excellent experience for first time tenancy in Regus Northwinds. Very professional & friendly staff -Julie & James - from accepting deliveries for us & being so easy to work with! The common area/coffee kitchen area is always very clean & well maintained. Would highly recommend!
