DONT DO IT ! This is a real review, I was initially assigned a sales person by the name of Chris . I was trying to renew my business license with the city of Alpharetta and needed a office space, long story short, business license department said that they would not allow it and I could not use that location, literally they spoke with Chris on the phone and told him NO! So I requested to cancel and told Chris DO NOT MOVE FORWARD! well he decided to do it anyways , simply no heart for people , just to make a sale. , and it was honestly was down hill from then on, the Alpharetta team was the worst they would not answer my calls literally screening my calls , because they knew I had a complaint, they would over charge my account almost every single month it was a complete disaster…. I decided to go read the reviews with the BBB their ratings were so bad I couldn’t believe! A so many different complaints.go check for yourself!? . I should've checked before hand lesson learned.. . If you want a good office space with honest people go to (office evolution) in Alpharetta nice people honest upfront cost no contracts , no hidden fees always answers your calls good vibes professional service just great people and thank me later.

Poor customer services , overcharges your account. I should’ve checked the Better Business Bureau before I signed up with them . I see the owner is replying to these Google reviews. Smh what a joke!

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would! They misled me into signing a 3-year contract without my full understanding. The accounts manager was incredibly rude and never answered my calls. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with!

DONT DO IT ! listen these people and the company regus is a complete fraud, they will lie and have you sign a contract not a month by month , the agent are also not honest all they want is a sale .. also they will not answer Your calls , when they know your on to them , I was over charged, I was billed for 6 months , and they told me for over a month that they would fix the errors and no one ever did , they screen calls so they won’t answer you , I’ve contacted a attorney and is just documenting everything moving forward, again find another company if you want a more professional service and company who won’t rip you off, and if you don’t believe me check the BBB website you’ll see all the complaints from people like myself who got ripped off! Mislead .. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I highly recommend Regus offices, especially for professionals who don't need a lot of space but value amenities like free electricity, internet, drinking water, and tea (note that coffee is no longer free). While the cleaning could be improved and the carpets need replacing, the staff, particularly Julie and Sherry, are fantastic. They are friendly and supportive, making the work environment pleasant. The location, right by Hwy 400, is very convenient, with plenty of parking available within a reasonable walking distance, good groundskeeping, and a café on the first floor open for breakfast and lunch. Overall, it's a great option for those seeking a functional office space with good amenities.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
