My family is so thankful for Phase! We have sent our daughter to Phase since she was 7 weeks old and have had nothing but the best experience with the staff, family environment, and the care they show all the children. Ms Sharea and all of the infant team are amazing!

We spent 2 years at Phase and can’t say enough good things! The curriculum for 2-pre-K was fun and engaging and my son loved going. Phase offers things like culinary, art, music and STEM, which is what ultimately led us there over other centers. Thank you so much to Ms Trell, Ms R, Ms Miti, Ms Rie, Ms Kadija and Ms Dom for all that you did for us! We truly appreciate it 💗

They shut down operations at the DC location with NO notice. They enrolled new families and took security deposits knowing they were shutting down. They did not return my deposit. They have not paid the full salaries for the teachers (who are suddenly out of work and also have their own families to look after). I am so disappointed because they really seemed like good Christian people and I trusted them. If they did it to us, they can (and probably will if it serves their interest) do it to you. BEWARE.

Do not choose Phase Family Learning Center locations. Phase closed one of their locations without proper notice to staff and parents on July 2nd, 2 days after collecting tuition for the month of July. The Phase company is refusing to refund parents for their tuition money and they’re also not refunding the security deposits. Phase corporate employees are not answering a single email. Avoid Phase like the plague.

The mismanagement demonstrated by Phase & their CEO Sean Tegert throughout the shutdown of their DC franchise is truly remarkable - leaving parents without childcare & teachers without jobs on no notice. All the while not honoring the return of security deposits & tuition paid. See other reviews for specifics. While it may not have happened in Georgia yet, anyone considering sending their child to any Phase location should look elsewhere.
