When our company outgrew our office space in the 8000 Avalon building, Spaces at the Avalon provided an exceptional solution. We needed to relocate three departments along with our C-Suite executives into one of their office suites, and the entire process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. From the outset, their team demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and organization, ensuring we were fully operational and positioned for success from day one. Every request has been addressed promptly and graciously, and all questions have been answered with clarity and professionalism. Their commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Prior to this transition, we also relied on Spaces for boardroom and meeting space when ours were booked. Aside from the beautiful facility at Avalon, Spaces is absolutely horrible. Their billing/accounting is HORRENDOUS, they over-charge constantly and it takes months to be reimbursed. Their admin and operations department is a joke, terrible terrible terrible. I gave them a second star because the facility is lovely and for the most part the front desk team is great, depending on who is there on the day. Overall, if you don't have hours and hours to deal with admin issues and charges taken from your card for the entirety of your tenancy there, I would look elsewhere.

I have been to 20+ Regus and Spaces locations in the past year with some very good community managers, but Spaces at Avalon is one of the very best. Teresa and her team are both delightful and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone!
