I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience so others can be aware of Regus' shady business practices. Although the staff at the location are professional and helpful, the company policies are anything but transparent. My lease was auto-renewed two months before it was even set to expire, without any confirmation. After raising the issue, I was told that switching to a month-to-month lease, for an even higher monthly price, was possible and that the auto-renewal for another 6 months was simply company policy, which I reluctantly accepted to avoid being locked in for another 6 months. This kind of practice makes it unnecessarily hard to leave and feels designed to trap customers. Be very cautious before signing anything with Regus.
