The Winter Garden spot is perfectly situated near downtown, which I love. The office was clean and well-maintained. My only hiccups were that the space runs a bit small and I had some trouble connecting to the WiFi, hopefully just a one time thing. Overall a great experience and a solid addition to the Regus network!

Edit: after discussing with their team about other office solutions, we were able to find one to fit our budget. I’m happy to report that Regus will work with you to manage your office budget.

Unfortunately, another price hike. For a single office the price is going to be 1600. At that point, I rather just pay for an apartment.

I strongly recommend avoiding this service based on my experience. The way they treat customers is extremely disappointing. Once you sign up, you get locked into a contract that is impossible to cancel, no matter what your situation is. Even after paying consistently for months, missing ONE payment created a nightmare. Instead of working with me, they hit me with nonstop calls, pressure, and threatened me legally to take it to court and get law enforcement involved. Every time I tried to explain or fix the situation, nobody listened. It felt like they cared only about squeezing money out of people, not actually helping their clients. The whole setup feels like a trap, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re considering this company, be careful and read every single detail. I wish I never signed up.

Despite all of the negative Regus reviews, I decided to request a tour of this Regus office because it is fairly new and very conveniently located. All of the negative reviews are very well earned. When I arrived for my scheduled tour, there was no one there to give the tour. It's not that the person was running late or tied up. There just isn't anyone that gives tours. To make it worse, there were no openings available at this location anyway (despite what their website says) other than two conference rooms that were $5,800 and $8,800 per month (per the receptionist). There is no lounge area; just four co-working desks and a few offices. Despite telling Regus via phone, email and text that I have no interest in their non-existent services, Regus has made repeated phone calls (from 9 different numbers, so far), text messages (also from multiple numbers), and emails from third parties. It's like I'm one of their Glengarry leads and every salesperson in the world is trying to reach me (despite DO NOT CALL requests). If you do want to learn more about their services, make sure you use a burner phone. A company shouldn't be this desperate to sell services it doesn't offer.
