We were told our company, DVC Resale Experts, would get X services for Y price, and then after being with them for a couple of years, the staff changed, and apparently we weren't entitled to the services we were promised. I requested to cancel and the request was granted. I was told there was another bill due, and that was paid. Now they won't stop attempting to charge my card every month, they won't cancel it out, and no matter how many times I contact them, they don't respond, I'll just keep providing a 1 star review until they correct the issue. Moral of the story, don't trust Regus.

I initially gave them a 1 star review due to a bait and switch with what services I was promised for the plan I agreed to, then when staff turned over, I was on a plan that did not provide the services I needed. I requested to cancel the contract that had recently renewed and it nearly took an act of congress to cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel the contract, so I changed my review. Well, it's been months and I keep receiving billing attempts and collection threats. DON'T do business with Regus. They're like the mafia. Once you're in, they won't let you out! January 8th 2026...received another collections email. Now saying I owe $382.40. And I haven't heard from anyone to resolve this.

Over 2 years ago I began paying Regus in Windermere for use of the shared lounge space and a mailing address for our company. All was great until the staff changed and I was told that my subscription did not include use of the lounge space. I was told it was included when I began working with them. Since I'll no longer be permitted to use the lounge I asked how to cancel and the front desk staff helped me do so online. Now I'm being told I committed to a 1 year renewal contract. It was apparently a total bait and switch and now they're threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay. The moral of the story is don't trust a thing they tell you.

what a horrible environment this place became. I have been paying this location since 2022. In the past 1 year we have been having issue with the poor quality and profesionality of the staff. Today it was the cherry on top. I was in my office, I told them that I have a client that was coming to see me and for her to let me know. Client calss, saying that she has been waiting for a long time. I walk to the front desk, and her answer is"i dont have to let you know that there are people waiting for you" it is horrible, in the past they would bring the client to the door, knock abt like a real office space. Now it is low service with people with no professional skills. sad. really sad
