They took 50$ from my account without my permission just because I wrote bad review about my awful experience with them. They didn’t bring the money back. Who do you think you are to blackmail me ???

SCAMMERS: Awful service. Charge me so much more. Tried to call every number of them for few days and no answer or calling back. Tried to speak with a manager and they insisted there is no one. Eventually, they hung up on my face.

I signed up for the digital office for one year after being told it would work for changing my Google business location. I paid Regus for the first month, changed my Google business address and my page was immediately suspended. I got in touch with Google, who stated a digital office isn’t something they allow, even if you do receive mail there, it can be seen as deceiving. I got back in touch with Regus, who offered to sell me permanent signage. This would change the pricing I originally agreed to pay, it is also not going to work for Google’s terms of service. Regus refuses to cancel the contract and refund any money. They automatically deducted money from the first card I used, which they were never given permission to do. I kept receiving emails regarding setting up auto pay and a default payment method after expressing this wasn’t going to work. These two things were never set up, so they used the first card I gave them to run the following month’s payment more than 10 days before it was due. The staff has not been helpful in the least bit and it all feels like a scam to me.
