I recently attended a seminar at KOWORX Coworking Space in Venice, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The building is modern, clean, and beautifully designed — it has a professional feel without being overwhelming. The seminar room was spacious, well-organized, and comfortable, making it easy to stay engaged throughout the event. Parking was a breeze, which is something I really appreciate when attending local events. Everything was clearly marked and convenient, and the flow from parking to the seminar space was seamless. The overall layout of KOWORX is outstanding. The common areas, offices, and meeting spaces all look thoughtfully designed, and the whole environment feels welcoming and professional. I met Donna and Andre. They went above and beyond in assisting me and showing me around. It was very nice atmosphere and I felt that it was tenant centric which was very refreshing. Needless to say I was really impressed. Importantly, the rental costs were transparent. There were no deceptive “additional rents” and arrangements were super flexible. For any solo practitioner or small business, I would certainly recommend taking a look at the available spaces. I was introduced to Koworkz by a recommendation from one of my clients. TADB spoke highly of her premises and experience as a tenant.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Koworx.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Koworx, who is more than happy to help out.
