Great staff, quality hotel.. best Aloft I have stayed.
Strange layout of the rooms and right on some main roads so very convenient but also noisy
Stayed here one night for a concert. Upon check-in, the room I had booked (suite) was not ready. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and upgraded us to 2 separate rooms so we would not have to wait. Since I was traveling with my older kids this was perfect. She even gave us drink vouchers for the bar. Great bar too and the bartender was outstanding. Room was a little banged up but overall clean and decent. The shade was missing the chain and I mentioned it to the maintenance guy on the elevator and by the time I got back to the room it was fixed. Great staff and location. Recommend.
Ana at the front desk was super helpful when we quickly needed a hotel after our reservation at another was messed up. Clean property in a great spot!
The staff were exceptional, the room was clean and comfortable, but the walls were paper-thin and the street noise was horrible. Cars and motorcycles raced down the street until midnight every night I was there. Even earplugs didn’t help. It’s a nice hotel but what’s the point if you can’t get any sleep?
