Just walking in and our first experience was Shanaaz who was so helpful and told us all the good spots to go in town. She was very helpful and personable!

Recently stayed at Aloft for 2 days. I need to break this down into 4 parts. Front desk-Ana, Tiana, and Puma were great. Never had to ask for anything, they just knew and they get a 9.5. Valet- I was not able to get their names but everyone in valet was great and went above and beyond. 9.7 WXYZ Bar onsite-the bartender Joe has no business in any customer service job. He is a smart aleck and a condescending person that I came so close to telling off multiple times. It's a shame because it's a cool spot to hang out onsite. He get a 1.5. Please find a new job Joe. The room- this is where things fall apart completely! The room is small for what we pay but we did want the balcony to have our own private outside area. This balcony has zero privacy. In the remodel they put dividers between each floor's balcony that everybody can just stand there and look right over and it is completely opened with no privacy. This needs to be changed. You should not be able to see and step right over to other balconies. The bathroom situation is a complete cluster. The sink is in one area and then the toilet. A shower is in a separate area with a door, but both areas are controlled by only one light switch. So if someone is an early riser and someone is not, that person cannot go into the bathroom and turn on the light because the light at the sink will come on and wake up the person sleeping. I have never ran into this before in my life in any hotel I've ever traveled in and this needs to be fixed because it is completely inconvenient and just makes no sense. And then the straw that broke the camel's back. Is the door going to the balcony. It did not shut completely. They took the lock off and you can literally look out a hole to the outside. So the door does not latch. It is only held by a chain in the bar so therefore there is no seal formed and every bit of noise from the very busy Tampa streets. Down below you hear all night. I was lucky to get 1 hour of sleep each night and I am so glad to be home now because I am exhausted. I don't know who signed off on that remodel or acknowledge that that room was ready for guests but it was not. That door needs to be fixed as soon as possible before it is rented to another guest and they have to suffer like me and listen to all of the cars and all of the police and all the noise from the busy downtown. Needless to say I won't be back. The room get to zero. It is the worst I've ever stayed in and the loudest.

Great hotel in a perfect downtown Tampa location! It's super accessible and within walking distance to Starbucks, local coffee shops, taverns, and Tropical Smoothie. The lobby was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the bar staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, the view of the Riverwalk is amazing and it's so easy to access for a nice night walk. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: parking is valet-only for $44 a night, and you have to text ahead to get your car (it takes about 3 to 10 minutes depending on how busy they are). The only thing I really didn't like was that they don't do daily housekeeping. Other than that, it was a great stay

20 minutes in, already a disappointment. Got put in an accessible room, now I have a metal bench in my tub, that I don't want. Everything in this room is uncomfortably far apart unless you're in a wheelchair. Asked to change 15 mins after checking in and was denied.

Keith was a tremendous help in assisting my check in well after midnight after a late flight. I’ve never had such great customer service!!!!

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Aloft Tampa Downtown, who is more than happy to help out.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
