I’m so happy I chose this location for my office. I looked at a few places before deciding on this one, and it has exceeded my expectations. I have a beautiful corner office surrounded by windows—it’s incredibly comfortable and inviting. One of the things I love most is the networking opportunities here. Everyone is so friendly, especially the staff. Tina and Keely are truly some of the best property managers I’ve worked with. As someone in the real estate industry, I recognize a well-run management operation when I see one, and this team is exceptional. All of the common areas are welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The parking is convenient, and the location is extremely accommodating—right off Dale Mabry, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Overall, the customer service is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Signature Workspace Northdale anytime and every time.

No directions to find different offices--no signage directing clients; secretary at front desk absent for extended periods of time; very low on customer service Not a good place to visit or pursue business

We have rented here for over 3 years. The AC has been a consent problem. It is currently 58 degrees. Complaints have been made to management from the entire office and all they say is parts are on order. Have been through 3 AC companies and they get worst as they go or at least management blames them. I would not recommend renting space here unless you like sitting in either 60 degrees or 80 degrees because its either freezing or they turn off the AC to "adjust"

I have been renting an office space here for over five months, and I couldn't be more satisfied. This modern and innovative office building is impeccably maintained, offering a clean and welcoming environment. The amenities are excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee station. There is ample space to meet with clients and colleagues, whether in private conference rooms or the inviting common area. The addition of a massage chair is a thoughtful touch. The cleanliness and neat, polished look of the facility truly stand out. Keely, the property manager, is outstanding - friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. She promptly addresses any questions or concerns, ensuring a seamless experience. I truly enjoy the professional yet warm atmosphere and highly recommend this space.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Signature Workspace.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Signature Workspace, who is more than happy to help out.
