I’m extremely disappointed with this venue. We attended a wedding this weekend and the bridal party was told that we could leave our valuables and personal belongings in a room during cocktail hour, photos, and the wedding reception. This room was left unlocked, and this resulted in two wallets being stolen and charged not long after. This put a huge damper on everyone’s experience. I know it is a crazy situation, but it could have been prevented. It changed the dynamic of a VERY special night. I understand this is a public workspace, but if it’s going to be left open to the public during a private event, measures need to be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen. Additionally, the bride and groom requested the wedding serve two specific beverages and neither were available until requested again during the wedding. Lastly, the setup was peculiar. Many of the tables were left around the corner from the dance floor so lots of people missed out on viewing the first dances and bridal party entry after the ceremony. The sound was spotty and it was very hard to hear speeches because of the echoing. Lots of marks missed for such an expensive venue. Truly a shame because it’s such a beautiful space.

From the minute you walk in the door the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We were able to get a very good cup of coffee while we waited on our room. I highly suggest Hyde House!

I’ve been a regular at Hyde Park coworking space for over 3 to 5 years, and my fiancé and I have always enjoyed coming here — until recently. Unfortunately, our experience with a staff member named Hannah, who works at Home, was incredibly unpleasant. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which really surprised us given how friendly and welcoming the rest of the staff usually are. After years of being loyal customers, this kind of treatment was unacceptable and left a really bad impression. We truly hope management takes this seriously, because people come to Hyde Park not only for the space but for the atmosphere — and one rude employee can really ruin that experience.

Did ya know Hyde house public studio host weddings? It was a pleasure working at Hyde House public studio. We photographed a wedding there in April of 2025 and Erica was the planner they hired. The day went smooth, the way the ceremony was set up was soooo nice!!! The area where they host the reception and dancing was gorgeous. I recommend this venue a million times! Staff on the day of was so nice not only to the couple, but also to the guest and vendors. Truly a nice spot to host an intimate wedding.
At Hyde House Public Studio, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with You Are Where You Work.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with You Are Where You Work, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
