Very disappointing experience. Our company was a customer for nearly two years and paid tens of thousands of dollars during that time. Unfortunately, despite being a long-term client, we consistently experienced poor customer service, disorganization, and unprofessional communication. The most frustrating part was the handling of our termination. Although we provided notice that we were not renewing and moved out, we were still charged after the fact, and resolving the issue has been extremely difficult. We also found it impossible to remove our payment method from the online account, which only added to our concerns. Rather than feeling valued as a customer, we felt nickel-and-dimed over every detail and taken advantage of. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this location to businesses looking for a professional, customer-focused office provider. There is significant room for improvement in customer service, communication, and account management.

DO NOT submit any online inquiries - I've received 9 phone calls in less than 24 hours. I wish I'd seen the reviews beforehand. THEY DONT STOP CALLING!!!!

This place is an absolute scam, I wish I’d read these reviews before signing up. Started on $57pm for a virtual office, which is already high for doing absolutely nothing, it’s now at $100pm, I didn’t agree to price increase or renewal and I have sent multiple complaints about this, all met with robotic copy & paste responses refusing to let me out of the contract, even months before the contract was due to begin. They pretend they sent me a renewal email which was never received. There is no logical reason to force someone to stay like this. They are absolute thieves, and mindless robots to try and communicate with, stay far away.
