This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I was in this office for two years when they increased my rent by 50% (and they send you the notice the week of Christmas, when no one is working). They then give you 24 hours to respond. After deciding to terminate my lease because they charge well above what current market rates are, I am still waiting to recieve my security deposit and they continue to bill me unscrupulously. No one responds, the level of customer service is non existant. Actually, there is no one call call. You can only email, then no one responds. There are too many other office spaces around for you to have to deal with unprofessional nonsense, especially when you are busy trying to run your business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is a circus.

I am posting this as a last resort to warn other small businesses. In 2025, my company signed a lease with Regus for an office space in Lutz. All deposits and rent were paid in advance. One week before our scheduled move‑in date, Regus terminated the lease, citing construction delays. To this day, that office still shows as closed online. What followed was months of chaos. It took an unreasonable amount of time to receive a refund for the several thousand dollars we had already paid, while we were simultaneously scrambling to secure another office space at the last minute. Although Regus eventually refunded the money, the situation somehow became even worse. We are still receiving collection agency notices for charges related to a lease they canceled and already refunded. Despite countless calls and emails—and even after hiring an attorney who sent a formal cease‑and‑desist—these collection notices have continued. This experience has been exhausting, stressful, and costly. No business should have to spend time, money, and legal resources fighting against another company’s internal disorganization and lack of accountability. I strongly urge Regus to fix their records, stop the improper collections activity, and ensure other small businesses are not put through the same ordeal. This has been, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever encountered.

I am posting as a last resort to warn others. In 2025, my company signed a lease with Regus for an office space in Lutz. All deposits and rent was paid in advance. One week before our occupancy date, Regus terminated our lease citing construction delays in the space. That office still shows as closed online. It took months and months to be refunded the few thousand dollars we had paid in advance, not to mention the scramble to find another office space quickly. We have since been refunded, however, have now been receiving collection agency notices for the amounts we paid for a lease they terminated and since refunded. Not only have we called and emailed numerous times, but we have also hired an attorney who sent a cease and desist. We have still continued to receive notices from collection agencies. It's a never ending nightmare. I implore Regus to solve my problem by fixing their records and to ensure this does not happen to other small businesses who are forced to use resources to fight against disorganization and terrible customer service.

There's "no guarantee" for day offices and there are NONE available at the moment at the New Tampa site. I'm told all offices have been rented. I am unable to reserve any office as a drop in or in an as needed basis until Aug or Sept. I am quite disappointed and find it rather unprofessional the service I have been using for over 4 years is no longer a "guarantee" nor available to me or for maintaining continuity with my clients. It's interesting that my rent has gone up every year (with no advanced notice) and now I am losing benefits and hearing for the first time there is "no guarantee" for day offices.

Sincerely do not trust Regus. First of all I inquired about a specific office and was led to believe Regus had it. That was false. After signing the agreement I realized it was incorrect and a couple hours later requested a cancelation and refund. They refused stating they couldn't refund me. I had to pay a deposit, first month's rent and then the following months rent all in the same month for an office I could never use. Not to mention the free coffee bar etc...is NOT free. You pay for it but it's advertised as free. I was then told if they cancel I had to pay an office restoration fee to return the office back to normal. What a joke! Why? I will never use it and what are you restoring in an unused office. I'm sure the person before me paid that same restoration fee. Rip off! Do not trust this place, do not rent from ANY Regus unless you want to get stuck in a contract with excessive fees that make no sense.
