Do not rent here - Regus is a mismanaged company. I am in the Palm Harbor space and it has been the worst experience. the team you sign a lease with has no control over your payments and is slow to communicate. Some responses have taken months. Overcharged 8.5K in March and still have not received my money back. Estimated time to receive it is mid August. Mismanaged and leaves their problems in the hands of an AI chat box so you just get the runaround for all problems.

DO NOT GET OFFICE SPACE HERE. There’s never desk staff here. No one answers the phone. You can’t use this for your google profile. People can’t get into their own businesses. It’s ridiculous. This is poorly managed. I’ve emailed/called/ it’s the worst. If you don’t believe that the service is bad — look at all the responses to the reviews that say “open a ticket.” Regus does not care AT ALL about your business or customers. No one has personally reached out.

DO NOT RENT HERE. It’s absolutely the worst. There’s never staff from 12-3 to be let into the space. They are zero help. The managers Serrana and Gabe never answer the phones for help. It’s the WORST.

Don't sign up for their services -- they have the WORST customer service. The will refuse to port your business phone number if you wish to keep it, and they DO NOT help you show up on Google Maps. It was a complete waist of money for their Virtual Office services!
