My experience dealing with Regus Management Group LLC has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite fulfilling all lease obligations, including vacating the premises in good condition, I've encountered significant obstacles in reclaiming my deposit. Regus is withholding my deposit of $322 under the pretext of an unpaid $45 invoice. Despite my request to apply the invoice against the deposit and refund the difference, they refuse to do so. Shockingly, they're insisting that I pay them more money, even though I've already overpaid them. This unjust behavior is a clear violation of our lease agreement (Number: 14322698) and Florida laws, specifically Florida Statutes, Chapter 83, Section 49. Their insistence on charging me for erroneous fees, such as kitchen fees and late charges for non-existent infractions, THEY EVEN TRY TO CHARGE ME A LATE FEE EVEN BEFORE I LEASE BEGAN, this highlights their disregard for fair and transparent business practices. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue amicably, Regus has shown no willingness to cooperate. As a result, I've been forced to seek legal counsel to pursue my rights as a tenant. I strongly advise prospective tenants to exercise caution when dealing with Regus Management Group LLC. Their poor communication, unjust charges, and refusal to adhere to legal obligations make them an unreliable and untrustworthy business partner.

Spam calls do not make more business. Please keep that type of calls out of your marketing. Also, no one is going to call you for a "free quote". You should make a better call to action than that, Jim.
