We started a rental on May1st 2025 and it is now July 2nd 2025. we still don't have the furniture that we ordered and the furniture that was left in the office is not acceptable. We also have paid for premium internet services and when we had a IT company look at it it is basically dial up service. I called on 07/02/2025 to find out how to get out of our lease and according to them they don't provide a way to get out of the lease, I asked to speak with a area manager and was told they will have to contact them and then they will reach out to us. I am doubtful that will happen. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH REGUS COMPANIES, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU TERMINATE THE LEASE EARLY FOR THEM NOT UPHOLDING AN AGREEMENT. Update: I have received a email from the city manager and the way that their contract is written that you are handcuffed to the lease for the term, if you want to terminate the lease then you have to pay the full amount of the lease in order to get out of it. Once our lease is up we will be moving out and will never use REGUS again or recommend any of there properties to any of our clients. They advertised that our furniture will be ready in 2 weeks and its now 2 months later, over promised under delivered. We have signed up for there priority internet which you pay more monthly for and same issue over promised under delivered.

Do not recommend. Do not rent here. They will come in and out of your office. Over promise under deliver. When you first meet them they will be super nice and promise the world. Once they have you in a contract they will treat you like garbage. Do not rent here. They gave me a space not in good condition promised to fix it. And didn’t. They respond to these posts and nothing gets done. It gets “escalated” but nothing comes of it. Do NOT rent here. Update: After much back and forth they basically removed some over billed charges and did nothing else. March 11th took possession promised they would paint and repair in a few days March 25th advised won’t do any repairs for months March 25th customer service told me nothing they can do March 31st cancelled April my last contractual month April 3rd charge “office restoration” (standard charge to get the unit to its original condition but they never did any repairs) April 11th painters repaired the office and damaged items in my office that were moved…I was supposed to move in but never did because of the repair debacle and left in a box. April 30th removed all items and turned in keys Still trying to bill me more. Have video of them touring someone else with the same scam. Run away from this company. Scam for sure!! This online customer service doesn’t do anything and is lip service.

Wanted to use the space for a satellite office closer to my home. Over bill and gave me an office that was dirty, holes in the walls, and a door that couldn't be secured properly. After much back and forth I was advised it would take 1 month to take care of the issues and there would be no compensation offered. Mia Larsen said 1 month was being "dutiful". Units should NOT be rented if the are either not rent ready or unable to be made rent ready within a timely manner. Steer clear! I literally had to keep asking for the repair before anyone did anything. They are quick to take your money and slow to assist. UPDATE::: THEY DID NOT FIX THE SPACE AND NOW WANT TO CHARGE ME $600 NOW THAT I AM MOVING OUT AFTER MY 30 DAY NOTICE TO "RESTORE" THE SPACE. THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING DURING MY TENANCY AND WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. RUN AS QUICK AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!

The state attorney's offices have been informed and many related complaints exist. Consumer affairs have been alerted and local news sources are considering the story aired. Many others like our business have been delayed for overbilling by Regus office spaces. When bringing to the attention of this type of corruption many others have come forward to us on private emails. Lives have been diminished by these offices only for exposing overbilling. THAT IS A CRIME! Even billing wrong on the net is felony fraud. When asking about overcharges it shouldn't put them on direct defense because you deny a bill. They use this tactic to evict you if you don't pay. Then you just look like a deadbeat because you refuse to be ripped off! Challenging overcharges is not a reason to hassle a client who is just inquiring. Challenge them and they will suspend your account while saying they didn't. That is what they did to us while continuing to bill us for things we never got or asked for. They emailed us telling us that we were limited or suspended. Would you want to go there to find you are locked out? They are completely unreasonable and feel they can never make a mistake. They refuse to make an adjustment forcing tenants to vacate as they direct financial abuse in your life. No company no matter how big should get away with this. Never use Regus, buy a tent.

I have used Regus offices for the past 15 years. I have always found them to be clean, neat, and professionally staffed. I have never had a problem! I highly endorse them!
