Located near highway 275, CoCreativ Downtown Tampa is conveniently located near the Hillsborough county courthouse and federal courthouse on Florida Avenue. CoCreativ offers a mix of private offices, cubicles and hot desks in a quiet and comfortable environment. The conference room can accommodate up 12 people.

Parking is available onsite and there are also plenty of street level city parking.

During normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm) the building front entrance is open. A building security guard may be at the guard station. Please notify the attendant you are heading to CoCreativ on the 4th Floor and then proceed to the elevator lobby on the right.

Outside normal business hours access requires a security key fob available to 24x7 access users.

Once on the 4th Floor proceed to CoCreativ. Ring the doorbell for access or open with the keyf ob.

Completely worthless service. I received a very important mail and there is no way to access it. The email they sent says “account verified. Just kidding, you still need to verify” how? They dont tell how, and also won’t give option on how to do it. I called their costumer service and it was completely worthless. Their solution? To go from Safari to Firefox. Worked? Obviously not. Not to mention the rooster singing out loud on the background of their phone call.

I was in a tough spot. I had to be two places at once and thanks to CoCreative I was able to drop my son off to participate in the NFL experience use their office to do a presentation I was scheduled to and run back to the park and spend time with my son! Thank you so much to Faith the front office manager. She was courteous, kind and so hospitable. I felt like a guest in her home. I will be back for sure!❤️
