Good and helpful
It might be part of how bad the economy is now but it is also not great getting told like you def have something and you didnt get there fast enough or a we will see type thing. Also was given a assessment that was supposed to be for a regular associate role but felt like it was only for a manager or supervisor position. That doesn't help either. Be honest no lies when someone calls and give better advice and attention etc.
Came in and the new young lady at the front desk was ready for me to exit, she continue to look at her watch it seems she was ready for lunch, but this is a temp agency and apparently I am here to obtain a job, helping save a day in someone mental should be more important then trying to brush potential job seekers out the door, I just really thought she was unhelpful and very pushy and unsupportive, things have changed so much in the temp agency world. These companies are here to help not push potential job seekers away without clients there will be no agency’s, or any need for a front desk agent, be polite to job seekers you don’t know what others are facing and feeling inside, be helpful and kind because that could be you in a blink of eye, roles can change, I’m very big on energy I will rather help someone then to push them out the door with nothing accomplished. Do better
