Great crowd but the girls bathroom has been out of service for months. Had to go somewhere else to use the restroom and decided not to come back the rest of the evening.

Such a vibe! Great atmosphere, amazing music, and well-crafted drinks. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Great place to work during the day or spend a friday night listening to jazz.

Placed a large order for an office Christmas Party and it was a huge hit! Everything was piping hot. The guys loved the Garlic Parmesan and Korean BBQ flavors. We all loved the fries. But the straight fries were my personal favorite. Folks were weak in the knees for the Fried Oreos with powdered sugar. The team was already talking about the next order as they got second plate. Thanks guys for making me look like a winner. Tens across the board!!!

It's just like Tampa to always create a space just for $$$, calling it a community, I'd rather travel 25 mins on Monday Nights(Free) to The Hanger Restaurant and Lounge in Downtown St. Pete where it's free to sit and enjoy Jazz Music and meet local Jazz artists as well as the greats and your choice to become a member
512 North Franklin Street has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with House of Members.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
