I rented an office from Demisar for a one-year period. Unfortunately, my relocation from Tampa, Florida could not allow me to maintain the office. The offices and the bathrooms were well-maintained, as they were cleaned every night. The grounds and landscaping were immaculately groomed. The atmosphere in the office is quiet and professional. Nathalie was the main point of contact. She was available personally during the weekday at the office and if there were any questions she was responsive via email. I highly recommend if you are in search of an affordable, quiet professional space for your business.
