I've been going to Hive for over a year and I love the space, the people I've met. If you're curious about what it's like, you'll rub shoulders with creatives, free thinkers, and a bunch of people doing cool stuff.
This is the space I’ve been LOOKING FOR. The Hive has a great work environment that’s quite friendly, clean, and very easy to navigate! The app for door access is easy to use, the kitchen offers coffee + fridge, and the WiFi always works. Workspaces come with chargers, cleaning supplies, and you can see who has designated work spaces vs free to use ones. Working from home is hard , and cafes are too loud. Office spaces are too expensive per day or only charge memberships options. This space is only $15/day (9a-6p) or VERY affordable monthly plans for single or multi person work spaces. The owners are super easy to reach, the office neighbors are friendly/funny, and the parking is free. 100% recommend.
Creativity meets hard work here. Everyone I met comes from diverse industries and is equally passionate about what they do. Regardless, I can show up, put in my headphones, and do my own thing. So far, I haven't found a more productive place to work.
I had such a wonderful experience at this workspace for a yoga event! The yoga was amazing, and the space itself was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and peaceful. I unfortunately don’t work remotely, but if I did, this would definitely be the place I’d want to work from. Such a great atmosphere!
Ybor Hive is a fantastic location to establish a come-and-go or permanent work environment for individuals or small teams. My specific business is leasing a corner office space that is spacious, quiet and cool. The Ybor Hive owners and support staff are incredibly kind and have made us feel so welcomed here. The amenities such as restrooms, kitchenette, conference room and WiFi are perfect. All of the office lessees and those with other membership tiers allowing occasional or daily pop-ins, are friendly and conduct themselves professionally. The owners and staff offer multiple monthly events / classes / gatherings for optional participation to build a sense of community. There is certainly a vibe for creativity and collaboration, and a shared passion for Ybor City - it's also a nice big quiet community space for anyone seeking to avoid a perpetual work-from-home situation.
