We really enjoyed our meal, the service and our server (Robert); he was very pleasant, efficient and really made our diner very much like a date❤️ Please let him know how much we appreciated him👍

Been coming to Holiday Inn Tallahasse Conference Center for 5 years. I have employees staying here every week. I forgot my American Express in my personal vehicle back in another city and was able to show all kinds of ID. This establishment stated, it’s our policy we see the AE card. I booked online as I always do. I asked, what’s the difference between showing you a credit card versus an online check in where nothing is seen or asked? It’s our policy they stated. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. They have left for the day. I booked at another hotel and a Drivers License was fine for ID purposes. Never coming to this place again…..This place would leave one of my employees without a room if they had forgotten their card….Very bad way to do business…Especially when theirs plenty of ID and a company vehicle in the parking lot. Not to mention the uniform….I wouldn’t give a 1 star but the website wouldn’t go below -100
